International Experience
English Teacher for Chungdahm Learning Inc. in Sejong City, South Korea

So this is not related to creative arts, but is still very important to demostrate my ability to adapt to different situations like travelling and working in a foreign country for a year as an English Teacher.

This position is a one-year contract where I work for a private after-school academy in Korea that teaches English to local Korean children. What we use in class is a tablet-based learning system where the teacher and students are given tablets and the teacher can display the lesson over a TV while students can practice learning through their tablets (and also Workbooks). The primary goals of each class were to learn advanced vocabulary, practice their linguistic skills such as reading, listening, speaking, and writing and then facilitate students to work together on projects.
Screenplays and Playwrights
Another personal hobby of mine is to create screenplays and playwrights. I enjoy writing and I love creating original stories. All of the examples down below are original screenplays and one original playwright. This has been my hobby for 10+ years and I've learned through courses about 6+ years how to do it professionally.

2016 - 2020
Alice in Wonderland
Roles: Young Silver Knight and Executioner
Dates: March 18th - 20th, 2016
This was my very first play performance in theatre. I've done this play back in my senior year in High School. In this play, I was playing two roles, the Young Silver Knight from when he fights the dragon, and the Executioner at the the end of the play. Originally, I was only meant to play Executioner, but one of our actors dropped out, so I assume the role of Young Silver Knight.
La Mouche: Ten Minute Short-Play

Dates: December 7th - 9th, 2018
As required by the Directing Class from Western Colorado University, our final assignment was to put on a ten-minute short play in front of an audience. I choose a play called, "La Mouche", a short play created by Stephen Britrich. In short, it is a comedy about two hapless French waiters trying to complicate a problem for a customer, but all the customer wants is just a replacement for his soup. It was my first experience directing a play.
24 Hour Play Festival
Playwright and Actor

The 24 Hour Play Festival is a Bi-Annual event held by the Western Theatre Company at Western Colorado University. People participating in this event will have to create a short play, gather Directors and Actors for each play written, and then performed the created plays in front of an audience on that same day. I have participated in two of the Play Festivals in 2019, the first one as a playwright, and then a actor for the second.
Rocky Horror Picture Show
Role - Phantom

Rocky Horror Picture Show was my very first Musical Performance in Theatre. From this performance, I was part of the Ensemble. I learned how to sing and dance for the show. My Director was fantastic, and I learned a lot from him. It was an amazing experience, and the show sold out on ALL nights it premiered.

A Shakespeare's Play
Role: Snug the Joiner/Lion
Dates: February 27th - 29th, 2020
March 6th - 7th, 2020
This play was my first Shakespeare play I have performed. This play contained Low Flying Trapeze, and a lot of tricks were performed in front of the audience. I was playing one of the Mechanical Actors, the characters responsible for performing the play in front of the Duke and Duchess.
